A VALUABLE COAT.
STOLEN FROM AN HOTEL. 1 V (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTOHURCH, thie day. At the Stipendiary Court this morning Arthur Cecil Peters .pleaded guilty to, the theft of a coat from an hotel. The coat, which contained a sum of money and documents which the owner valued at two,-thousand pounds, was recovered, but the documents are still missing. Accused was sentenced to three months, and two years' reformative treatment.
