BISHOP OF MELANESIA.
SYDNEY, August 7. The Rev. J. M. Stewart, who has been elected Bishop of Melanesia, is at present in charge of the Missionary College at Maravovo, in the Solomon Islands. His consecration will take place shortly in Wellington.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
