WORKERS DEMAND SHARE. ■WALL STREET "PLUNDER." (Received 10.20 a.m.) WASHINGTON, August 7. The Railway Brotherhood's witnesses before the Inter-State Commerce Commission demanding State ownership of railways, gave evidence that Wall Street interests financially plundered the chief railways of the country. ■ The Brotherhood asked for no increases of wages, but demanded a share in railway control.— (A. and N.Z.
