INDECENT ASSAULT.
SEVEN YEARS' IMPB3SOXMEXT. (By Teiegrapl. —rress Association.) DUKEDIX, Thursday. Victor Kett, who had been convicted of indecent assault upon a little girl, came up for sentence at the Supreme Court to-day. In this case the jury recommended a flogging, but the judge decided against such a course, as the girl had not suffered any physical injury, though the ease was a bad one. The penalty of seven years' imprisonment with hard labour was inflicted.
