HEROES OF THE SEA.
MEDALS FOR WAR ZONE 1 SAILORS. (Received 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, August 1 (delayed). The British War Medal will be granted , to British and overseas mercantile mariners, including pilots, fishermen and , crew 3of pilot boats, the qualifying period being six months. The Mercantile Marino War Medal will be granted to all the foregoing who served at least one voyage in the danger zone.—(A. and N.Z. Cable-)
