The main qnestlon was hew did I they stand -with the general public? Ao.t j owner of property could go to every agent and give him a property to sell. The agents all advertised it, cent out salesmen, and need a sale, and often the next thing- they sair was an advertisement announcing sale of the property. The agent, therefore, wasted his time, energy, and money, and received- no commission. It would be better to have the sole agency for fewer properties than united agencies for a large number. Discussion on the matter was deferred for a special meeting to be held next month. 1 when the question of. a uniform tariff for the ; Dominion and other matters will cc cow ' sidered. THE DIM>*ER.
