PROPERTY SALES.
The auction sale conducted by 'Mr. C. F. Bennett, at his rooms, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, to-day, was largely attended. .Six properties were submitted, and three found purchasers. The shop property at the corner of St. Mary's 'Road, in the estate of the late David Anderson, was sold for £1,025, and two houses adjoining brought £770. The nino and a-half acres property at Olenfield, Birlcenhead, in the same eetate was sold for C 750. The other properties offered did not reach the reserve.
