SHOULD THEY BE B.BI.FASED 1 ' I REPLY TO LABOUR DEPUTATION, j A Labour deputation which interviewed the Ministers of the Crown in Wellington on Wednesday asked for the release of conscientious objectors. Speaker* urged these men had suffered for wiiat they believed to be right, and. should now be set free. j Sir James Allen, in reply, said tliat; he had met many of the conscientious' ! objectors. While some of them were sincere, others were hardened.
