The portrait of the late Bishop Cwie, to whom the Sailors' Home is so much I indebted, which has been hung in the ! dining-room of the institution for many 1 rearer having suffered by lapse of time, the council recently undertook its restoration. An admirable reproduction, handsomely framed, was received by the council at last night's meeting. _^
