UNCLEAN SCHOOL CHILDREN.

fTo the Editor.) Sir, —Now that we are hearing of the right- of childhood and school conditions. I wonder if it would be out of place to mention another matter which so f:ir is never mentioned as far as I know. Many mothers send their children to school clean, and soon find to their sorrow that they come home with their heads infected. Nothing can be more annoying. Some supervision could be established to 6ee children are not allowed to sptead such a pest. I consider, as the mother of a family, and who has had children attending schools over 20 years, that the children could be kept clean without much difficulty. Beribboned head- may look very well, but clean heads are much better.—l am, etc., MOTHER.
