A Httle French weekly, the "Cri de E I Paris.' - lately received from a group of French soldiers the following letter on the - subject of the ex-Kaiser's punishment:— 7 This is how we think the Kaiser ought Il I to be punished: r William 11. shall -wage war until death 4 ensues.
