(Before Messrs. H. N. Bagnall and C Wheeler, J.p.'g.) DRUNKENNESS. One first offender was. convicted and discharged, and three were fined 5/ apiece. Elizabeth Martin (57), up for the third time recently, was prohibited and fined 10/, in default seven days' iaprisonment. MISCELLANEOUS. Fred White, for cycling on a footpath had to pay 7/ costs. La La Maken (ft' Hindu), for exposing goods outside his shop in Symonds Street so as to encroach on the footpath, was fined 5/ and 7/ costs.
