VICTORIA LEAGUE.

The Manurewa branch of tho Victoria League lichl its annual niPeting last week, when there was a. good attendance of members*. The report showed that the membership stood at sixty. The work during , the year had been chiefly Red Cross, and 242 garments anri To pairs of sock- had been forwarded to the league's headquarters in the city.
