GREEN FRUIT FATALITY.
DEATH OF TWO BOYS. (By Telegroph.—Own Correspondent.) KAWAKAWA, thiß day. Kenneth Wilson and Raymoi. Butchler, both six years old, and son. of soldiers killed in action, died at the Russell Salvation Army Home this week. It appears that nine of the boys ate _> quantity of green fruit on Monday, and at night were taken ill. Wilson died next morning. Dr. Hope and Nurse Edge were called in, but on Wednesday morning Butchler died.
An inquest on the body of Wilson wat held on Tuesday at Russell, when a verdict of "Death from gastro enteritis, following convulsions, from eating gr_m fruit," was returned. \
