ARMENIA'S CLAIMS.
ASKING FOR TOO MUCH. INJURY TO OTHER PEOPLES. (Received'9.lo a.m.) PARIS, February 28. The Armenians claim, in addition to the territories properly styled Armenia, a number of neighbouring Mussulman villayets containing Armenian subjects. These claims are considered excessive. Many scattered groups exist without any territorial link, and the villayets could not be incorporated in Armenia without grave injury to other peoples.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
