GERMANS ABANDON FLANDERS COAST.
(Received 5.45 a.m.) LONDON, October 13. The Germans have practically abandoned the Flanders coast. They have removed a large number of guns and sunk more ships at the Jhtrance to Zeebmgge and Ostend to hinder sea operations.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
