The Ouerahi Hesatta Club, which is nonembodied with Whangari?!, at a special meeting decided to allocate prize money for fie New Year regatta as follows: Itowing races, £52; launch races, £M; sailing, £1S 10/; swimming, etc., £15. The Whangarei ■Uarbonr Board have donated a cup tor a new race for launches which have a minimum ypeed of 10 knots, irrespective of horse power.
