THREATEN TO OUTFLANK ENEMY SOUTH OF THE SOMME (Received 1 1.43 a.m.) LONDON", August 20. The French have captured Xoyon, right milos cast of Lassignv. Tliry are approaching Ham. threatening to outflank the Hermans between the Eomme and Chauny. They have captured Breuil, on the Canal Dv Xord, three miles south-west of Xesle.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
