PERONNE REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN OUTFLANKED. WITHIN A MILE OF DROCOURT-QtTEANT LINE. IJReceived 0.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, August 20. It is announced that Dapaume. round which the New Zealanders have teen drawing a ring for several days, has been captured. It is reported that Ginchy, on the Sommc battlefield, five miles south of Bapaume. has also, been captured. The British are now within a thousand yards of the line from Drocourt. ten miles north-east of Arras, to Queant, 12 miles soilth-eaet of Arras, the last switch line before the line. seven miles north-west of Peronne, and Lee Boeufc. a mile further northward, have been reached, and attacking forces arc nearing Ix , Transloy, four miles south of Bapaume.
