Fetvn, for forging and uttering a cheque for £70. was ordered to undergo reformative treatment for a period not.exceeding five years. NAPIER, Tuesday. A Haotings solicitor, Francis Norton Thompson, was charged in the Supreme Court to-day with the theft of trust moneys, totalling £1780. from a client named Gotfried Petrowski. The jury disagreed, and a new trial was ordered for next session.
