'(From Our Lady Correspondent.) LONUON, January 30. Private J. H. Ellis, A.1.R., has been discharged from the Reserve Hospital, <t&At to the Prisoners'lnternment Canip, § Saltau, Germany. C. S- Major Charles Parnell, A.1.R., conductor of the Codford Command Bepot Band, has been discharged from the Ist N.Z.G.H., at Broekenhurst, and j a s returned to duty. The following have been admitted to the Brighton Convalescent Home during the past few days: Major IT. P. Pickerill, X„.M.C Lieuts. R. Irvine, N.Z.F.A., and W V- Q" ano ' A.I.R.J and Sec.-Lieuts. R. P. Kay, C.1.R., T. G. Hamilton, N.Z.F.A., J. K. Maloney, C.1.R., R. E. Fyfe, 0.1. R., G. P. Chapman, N.Z.F.A., and H. A. Jbo'te, X.Z-E-Tlie following have left the Convalescent Home, and have reported at 'Headquarters: Capts. A. W. Izard, N.Z.M.C.. ¥. S. Varnham, W.1.R., Lieuts. D. Manley, 0.1. H., a.nd Sec.-Lieuts. A. E. Dendy, C.1.R., J- Walker. W.1.R., E. B. Edwards, W.1.R., R- W. Warren, N.Z.M.G.C., and p, R. Angus, X.Z.E. Sisters A. K. Stephenson and M. E. Hobbs, X.Z.A.N.S., have received their discharge from the ST.Z.E.F., at their own request. Fitter D. A. Heslop, N.Z.F.A., has obtained a temporary commission in the Koyal Naval Keserve. Mr. C. A. Brown, of Auckland, has been doing war work in London since h« arrived in England early last year. Hsj expects to return to New Zealand via Vancouver shortly, after paying a visit to the Midlands. Mr. Brown says that the one thing that has impressed him since he has been in the Old Country js the hearty way the young New Zealanders in khaki sing the praises of New Zealand, and how their faces light up with joy at the prospect of soon being lack in God's Own Country. The following have been admitted, to the Second London General Hospital, Chelsea, from France: Captain I. McL. Wilford, N.Z.R.8., and Lieut, E. Hollis, K„.R.8., Captain B. H. Morison, W.IJt,, and Lieut. C- M. Rout, N.Z.R.8., have heen transferred from this hospital to ,Walton-on-Thames. A party of New Zealand wounded, at which Sir T'hos. Mackenzie was present, was entertained at a luncheon at Fraseati's Restaurant on January- 25, after■wards going oh to a.performance of "The Better 'Ole" at the Oxford Theatre. Sir Thomas Mackenzie was present at the annual dinner given on January 26 at the Burns Club. There was no haggis! Lieut. S. H. C. Mollveen (Auckland) staying at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, and Lieut. W. E. Anderson, AJ.R., of Ngaruawahia, Walkato, are' both, in London on leave.
