GERMAN COLONIES.
DANGERS OF RETITRN. (Received 9.40 a.m.) LONDOX, March 22. The] Empire Resources Development Committee has forwarded a resolution to Mr Lloj'd George expressing the hope that the German colonies will hot be returned, owing to Germany's callousness towards aboriginals, and also the danger of their being.used as naval and military bases. Further, to return those colonies conquered by valiant overseas troops would ! occasion profound disappointment in the Dominions, and* might weaken the unity of the Empire.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
