WARSHIPS COLLIDE.
BRITISH AND AMERICAN. (Received 10.30 a^m.) WASHINGTON, March 22. The United States destroyer Manley collided with a British warship, both being damaged. As the result of the explosion of a depth charge carried by the destroyer for use in attacking submarines, four Americans were killed and ten injured.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
