CAPETOWN", March 22. At a farewell dinner to Mr C. H. Rodwell (the new Governor of Fiji), the Chief Justice (Sir J. Rose-Innes) emphaeisted the importance of Mr Bodwell's new sphere, as the' Pacific was, he said, likely to become the storm centre of the world.— (Reuter.)
