SERIOUS TROUBLE BETWEEN UKRAINE AND AUSTRIA.
(Received 8.55 a.m.) NEW YORK, March' 22. The United Press Association's Petrograd correspondent reports that serious differences have developed between Austria and the Ukrainian Rada (Parliament) regarding the division of territory. The Austrian, demanded a portion of the province of Volin. It is reported-; that the Caucasian governing body has broken off peace negotiations with Turkey.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
