Advice has 'been received from the Canadian Government and passenger agents in that country that much inconvenience is being caused them through ladies who have been granted pase porta to journey to Canada, endeavouring to obtain a passage through the danger zone to Great Britain. It has therefore been decided that where passports are issued to ladies (or passage to Canada or the United States only, Bixdh paesporte will bear special endorsement invalidating them for tbt journey through the danger sone.
