PETITION IX DIVORCE. f""" A petition in divorce -was brought at tbe Supreme Court this morning by Xgiha, Wi Katene against his wife Rose, on the ground of desertion. The case •was partly heard in November last, and •was then adjourned to enable further evidence to be produced. This was given this morning, and after hearing it, his Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months. Mr. R. A. Singer appeared for the petitioner.
