In her~Speech from the Throne at the opening of the Dutch Parliament, Queeji Wilhelmina s:iid: "The defence of Dutch territory and colonies will have my special care. Relations with foreign Powers are. favourable, but it must be remembered that as long as the war lasts dangers menace Holland and its peoples.
