MORE BAD WEATHER.
AND MORE FLOODS. MR. WRAGGE'S FORECAST. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") . MANGONUI, this day. A big solar upheaval is now nearly central on the sun's disc, and, with positive magnetic energy, is pelting the earth, by wireless waves, like a battering ram. This means more bad weather over New Zealand and Australia, also in South Africa and South America. Further flooding may occur, and every pos. sible provision should be made. Laitituda will modify the results.
