CIVIL WAR APPROACHING. [{Received 8.45 a-m.)] PEKING, June 14» The Acting-Premier (Chiang Clfao Chung, former Minister of Justice) has signed a mandate dissolving Parliament. The leaders of the southern province,} have telegraphed that they no longer recognised the authority of the President, It is believed that civil war will result. The Governors of Kwangtung, Yunnan, Kwangtse, and Kwcichou provinces ar_ mobilising their troops.— (A. and N.Z.) The Chinese Parliament has been unceremoniously dismissed. — (A. and N.Z.)j
