ROUNDING UP THE SHIRKERS.
(Received P.lO a.m.) LONDON, May 20. The police and military raided East End gambling houses, seeking military shirkers and absentees. Several free r'ghfs occurred. Three hundred, including many aliens, were tnkcn to the police station.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
