INFERNAL MACHINE.

LONDON, May 12. The correspondent on the Swiss frontier of the Paris paper "Humanite" writes that a powerful infernal machine, charged with a quantity of dynamite, has been discovered in the Kaiser's Palace of Bellevue, in the Tiergarten. which was a residence at the beginning of the war of the German Imperial family. The charge was sufficient to blow up the palace, in addition to the buildings in the vicinity. Official reticence is observed regarding the discovery, and there is a strict censorship of all reports about it.
