SECOND MEDICAL BOARD.
EXAMINATION OF VOLUNTEERS. The Second Medical Board was busily engaged yesterday, in the examination of volunteers and men called up under the Military Service Act. The total number of men examined yesterday was 69. The volunteers were dealt with as follows: — FOR ACTIVE SERVICE. William Gladman, Riverhead. Harold Everton, Northcote. Hugh Roberts, Ellerslie. Gerald Graves, G.P.O.,.City. Herbert Coles, Dominion Road. Brent Bagnail, Mason's Avenue. Samuel Gill, Dargaville. James O'Brien, Newmarket. Phillip Kitsen, V.M.C.A., City.
