COPENHAGEN. April IST. > Danish papers publish allcced German peace proposals, including the annexation of portions of Russia and the neatralisation of the Dardanelles under a Turkish protectorate. The proposals are regarded as merely a feeler. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) LONDON, April 13. Herr Seheidmann, the German Socialist leader, who has strongly supported the Government's war policy, has gone to Stockholm with other German Socialists to get into touch with Russian Socialists. Secret meetings of German and Russian Socialists have already been held.—(Reuter.) LONDON, April 13. The Athens correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" states that enormous crowds paraded the streets of Sofia. Bulgarians, carrying a real skull and erossbones, denounced King Ferdinand, Germany and the war. The military fired frequently, and many casualties resulted.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
