MEXICAN ASSURANCES.
WILL GIVE OIL SUPPLIES.
WASHINGTON, April 13. Positive assurances have been transmitted by General Carranza, President of Mexico, to Mr. Robert Lansing, Secretary of State, th*\ oil supplies from Tampico nnd other ' lexican sources will not be denied to the United States or to Britain.— (Reuter.)
