GREEK STEAMER SUNK.
SAFE-CONDUCTS FLOUTED.

LONDON, April 13. A German submarine torpedoed the Greek steamer Nestos with a cargo or flour for Greece. Tbe crew were saved. The Government has protested to Germany. The Norwegian steamer Camilla. 2,45(5 tons, engaged by the Belgian Relief Committee, was sunk, although in possession of a German safe conduct. The survivors of the torpedoed Norwegian steamer Pollux, 119! i tons, which also carried a snfe conduct, have arrived at Bergen. They state that numbers of the. passengers and crew jumped into the water. The submarine's commander threatened to shoot any attempting to board bis vessel. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
