Speaking at Liverpool, Mr Bonar Law (Chancellor of the Exchequer) said it was wonderful how the party spirit had disappeared. Not the least pleasing thing was the part Labour had played. One of the greatest social reforms of the future would be the fairer distribution of wealth without' drying up the sources- of wealth. The nation could look back on the past 30 months with pride, and could look forward with confidence.
