NORWEGIAN PROTEST

The Norwegian Government is protesting against the destruction of Norwegian shipping by, the Germans. The protest points out that the Germans are ignoring international law in abandoning sailors in open boats. Tlie .Norwegian' Government declares, that it cannot allow the torpedoing of vessels which are not carrying contraband. Germany has guaranteed that submarines will not enter Norwegian waters while voyaging to the north.
