LONDON, October 10. An Athens message says 'M. Lanbros has formed a Cabinet.

Turkish batteries on the Aeia Minor coast unsuccessfully attacked the torpedo boat Thetis, which was escorting the Hesperia, on which the members of the Provisional Government were taken from Mitylene to Salonika. ■■ ' Mr. Ward Price, the correspondent, telegraphing from Salonika, says a great. crowd received M.
