FATAL GUN ACCIDENT.
SHOT DEAD WHILE KABBITTKG. »By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TE AWAMCTU, Thursday. A young threequartcr-caste, 21 years of age, named Hone Te Aro Searancke, was instantaneously killed ■while out rabbit shooting- near bis home at Te Kopua this morning. Before getthing through a wire fence he leaned his gun again it with -tone muzzle upwards, and as he was climbing through the <*artridge exploded, the charge entering Tinder his chin and causing shocking injuries. Several neighbours saw the accident. Deceased, whose family 13 well known in the Waikato, was only married a fortnight ago.
