ADVANCE ON A WIDE FRONT NEAR THE COAST. FLEET CO-OFERATES WITH THE ARMY. (Received 11.30 a.m.) PETROGRAD, October 5. ARussian communique says:—"Our detachments in the Caucasus effected resumption in the ofiensrJ*eand,Jn co-operation with the fleet, advanced on a wide front in the coastal region, capturing a. fortified position in the region of the River KaxaJßornn. Our advance guards broke through westward of Kaß-Bt and Tchivtlik inflicting great lo3ses._Tb.ey also Jdestrov«.d earthworks in the enemy's rear.
