ENEMY'S DIVISIONS KEPT ON THE MOVE.
TROOPS OF THE 1918 CLASS ALREADY ON BATTLEFRONT.
TYPHUS AfTD CHOLERA RAMPANT IN GERMANY'S SOMME ARMY. (Received 11.30 a.m.) - . PARIS, October 3. The French General Staff asserts that the Germans move twenty-four divisions each week. Soldiers of Germany's 1017 class, who received only three months' training, have been identified on -western battlefields. The 1918 class, averaging seventeen years, began to enter the depots in June. It is evidently destined for ftext summer's battles.
The Amsterdam "Telegraaf' declares that typhus and cholera arc general amongst the exhausted German troops arriving back at the depots from the Somme- Large numbers have been isolated.
