Reynolds Broogh, mider the. censorship regulations, with attempting to evade the regulations by enclosing one letter within another. Evidence waß gywsn that a ■ member of iibe censor's staff opened a letter addreGeed, to the Town Clerk of Rnnanga, and found a sealed envelope enclosed. Defendant made a-etatement in wirlch lie said tile 'wax was a capitalist war. The magistrate said evading the censor 'was c. 6erkKDs maiter. He did not feel inclined to punish Reynolds severely, but every man should be helping the country. He would sentence iWm to three TrwmrtJm' hard labour!
