! DELEGATIONS FROM OVERSEAS. ftteuter's Telegrams.) (Received 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, September 11. The Government has invited the Congrcae of Chambers of Commerce of South Africa, -which opened to-day at Capetown, to nominate four commercial men who, in conjunction with the Trades Commissioner in London, will v_it France with similar delegations from Australia and New Zealand with a view of fostering trade with France and the Dominions.
