TALK OF AN INVASION OF ENGLAND. ("The Times.") fßeceived 12.45 p.m.) LONDON*, September 11. The '"Times" Copenhagen eorres-pon-dent states that on September 11 there wad excitement in Wilbelmshaven owinjr to sensational rumours that g-rcat events were imminent, necessitating the removal of all civilians. Tlie military aoithoritaes announced that there was no truth in the rmnoure, which are believed to have referred to an invasion of Eng land.
