DASTARDLY USE OF PRISONERS (Reuters Telegrams.) . (Received 9.15 a.m.) PETROGRAD, September 11. Russian prisoners in German uniforms have been marched at the tear of the Franco-German front, for the purpose of deceiving the French air scouts, who frequently dropped bombs on the men under the impression that they were Germans.
