LONDON, August 28. Deporting Belgian*' It is rumoured that the Germans intend to deport Belgians in a manner similar to that adopted in Northern France (says an Amsterdam message). It is reported that 1,200 have already left Ghent. From Antwerp to the Front. The newspaper "Echo dc Beige" learns that there are constant movements of German trains by night, for the purpose of conveying troops from the Antwerp garrison to the front (says an Amsterdam telegram).
