BOLSTERING UP KAISER.
REVENTXOW TO THE RESCUE. AMSTERDAM, August 28. Writing in the newspaper "Tages Zeitung," Count Reventlow, the German naval critic, is extremely indignant at the British suggestions for the deposing of the Kaiser. He says: "There always has been a tendency in British policy to undermine firmly-established monarchies, deposing and crippling rulers who are no mock sovereigns." He admits that the Allies wonld not shrink from the Kaiser's punishment, and warns the Empire to take tbe suggestion seriously, as their real object is to destroy Germany by overthrowing the monarchical foundation.
