AI'CKLAND DEALERS PROSECUTED. Four secondhand dealers were brought before Mr. F V. Krn/.er, S.M.. to-day on charges of having committed breaches of the Second-hand Dealers' Act. William B. Richards, a dealer in second-hand machinery and appliances, admitted having failed to have the words "Licensed second-hand dealer" painted on his premises, but explained that be thought his business was different from the general 9ccond-hand dealing business.
