FORTIFYING TRANSYLVANIA.
HUNGARIANS IN A HTTBBT. MORAL OF TROOPS LOW. (The "Times.' , ) LOJfDON, July 16. The correspondent of the "Times," writing from Bucharest, says the Hungarian authorities are hurriedly fortifying their interior lines in Transylvania with Russian prisoners. They are withdrawing numbers of Austrian troops from Serbia and sending them to Galicia. All the heavy artillery from the Danube has been sent to Przemrel. An immense crowd, he continues,
made a demonstration at Tcmeevar. They proceeded to the town hall, and demanded "peace and bread."' Troop trains are daily arriving at Ezegedin. The moral of the troope U lot', and they are exhausted.
